Menu for 2 Days


Wake up Drink: Hot Lemon Water (juice of ½ Lemon or 2 T of Lemon Juice)

Breakfast: Greek Yogurt Smoothie with Berries
Green Tea or Black Coffee

Lunch: Green Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast, tomatoes, cucumber and mushrooms,
sliced Drizzled with Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Snack: 1 Whole Cucumber, sliced Drizzled with Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast Steamed Asparagus Spears Green Salad with tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and mushrooms, sliced Drizzled with Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Drink 8 – 8 oz glasses of water
